Director, Institutional Research


Daryl joined NKU in May 2006 as director of institutional research. He brings over 15 years of experience in higher education analysis, data development, and institutional research. Daryl previously served as associate director of institutional research at the University of Toledo. He began his higher education career at the Ohio Board of Regents where he led the development of Ohio's statewide data warehouse (the Higher Education Information system). Daryl also served in the United States Marine Corps as an infantryman.

Daryl received a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Michigan. He lives in Edgewood, Ky., with his wife, Suzi, and their two sons, Daryl and Ben.

Institutional Research Analyst, Institutional Research

Emily joined NKU in November 2008 as an analyst in the Office of Institutional Research after having served as a research specialist at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She received a Master of Arts in psychology from Hunter College and holds a Bachelor of Science in organismal biology from the University of Kansas.

Emily lives in northern Kentucky with her husband, Frank, and their shelter dog, Mya.

Erin joined the Office of Institutional Research as a Graduate Assistant in September 2006.  In May 2009, she transitioned into the role of Institutional Analyst. Erin received a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Northern Kentucky University in May 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from the University of Kentucky.

Erin lives in Walton, Kentucky with her fiancĂ©, Joe, and his daughter Haley.

Institutional Research Analyst, Institutional Research

Anna joined the NKU institutional research team in May 2009.  Her background offers over 19 years of not-for-profit management and data analysis experience.  Her strengths include creating and updating administrative operating systems and developing methods to track an organization’s progress toward accomplishing its mission.   She has extensive background in managing, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, as well as a broad range of experience in contract grant administration, developing new programs, supervision, and budgeting.
 
Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in community planning and development from Eastern Kentucky University.  She lives in Cincinnati where she enjoys being involved in many volunteer activities including assisting local non-profit groups, singing in the church choir, along with facilitating support groups for people going through divorce and military families with a loved one overseas.
