Creating Successful Unit Alignment Plans for University Programs and Services Workshop

A focused training workshop is scheduled for May 9, 2012, for all unit alignment planning managers. The workshop, titled Creating Successful Unit Alignment Plans for University Programs and Services, features Deb Leeper, the Director of Assessment and Planning at WEAVEonline. Four separate sessions are scheduled for the day, and you are encouraged to register for the session designated for your division; however, you may register for and attend any session. 

Deb Leeper will be talking about best practices in setting unit objectives, identifying appropriate measures of assessment, and setting targets for those measures. If you have been searching for appropriate measures to assess your unit’s objectives, or if you are unclear about the difference between a target or a measure and an objective, this session will facilitate a deeper understanding about assessment and planning.
